Featuring dinner, live music, door prizes, raffles, live and silent auctions, guns, merchandise and services and more – and sponsored by Kingsland Aqua-Boom – the 7th Annual Wild Game Dinner, benefiting His Joshua House, is from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, at the First United Methodist Church, 8303 W. RR 1431 in Buchanan Dam.
All the proceeds from this big event will go to support His Joshua House, a faith-based drug and alcohol recovery house for men and a 501c3 non-profit corporation.
The basic price for an event ticket, which includes dinner, live music, door prizes, raffles, live and silent auctions, guns, merchandise, services and more, is $25, but there are many other options for elite donors: the Whitetail package is $250; the Black Buck package, $500; the Axis package, $750 and the Elk package, $1,000. Reserved seating, dinner tickets, raffle tickets and door prizes are also included in the elite packages.
Supporters can also win a Lyfe Time barbecue pit, with 2-24” lid pit areas, a 24" smoker with a fire box on the end, mounted on a trailer. The drawing for the barbecue pit is the night of the dinner, June 1, at 7 p.m.; tickets are $10 or six for $50.
