In preparation for an unforgettable performance of Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem, the Heart of Texas (HOT) Chorale and Orchestra held its first combined rehearsal with the San Antonio Youth Chorale (SAYC) on May 18 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Sanctuary.

For the adults from across the Highland Lakes who have been rehearsing for months this combined experience was uplifting.

This moving concert of a classic musical composition is to take place at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 4 pm on Sunday, June 1. The concert will blend the beauty of classical music with a mission to support the next generation of musicians.
