The Marble Falls Police Department is proud to announce the launch of Motorola Solutions’ CommandCentral Community Online Reporting System, City Protect.
City Protect is designed to make it easier and more convenient for residents to report non-emergency incidents.
Community members can visit https://marblefallstx. gov/168/ to file reports for incidents such as
lost property, minor thefts, vandalism, and other non-violent crimes that do not require an immediate police response. The new platform is available 24/7 and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. City Protect guides users through a step-bystep process to ensure reports are complete and accurate. Once submitted, reports will be reviewed by department personnel and assigned as needed for follow-up or documentation.
This initiative aligns with the department’s mission to enhance public safety through innovation, transparency, and accessibility, as well as supporting the department’s ongoing efforts to embrace modern technology and improve community engagement.
“We understand that not every situation requires a 911 call or an officer response. This online tool empowers residents to report issues at their convenience while allowing our officers to focus on urgent calls for service,” said Marble Falls Police Chief Glenn Hanson.
For emergencies or crimes in progress, residents should always call
911. For more information or to file a report, visit: https://marblefallstx.
