The Hill Country Community Theatre (HCCT) is excited to announce auditions for its upcoming fall production of Mel Brooks’ “Young Frankenstein: The Musical,” a monstrously funny musical comedy based on the cult classic film.
Auditions will be held Monday, June 16 at 6 p.m. and Tuesday, June 17, at 6 p.m. at the HCCT, 4003 W FM 2147 in Cottonwood Shores.
Directed by HCCT Artistic Director Daniel Melton, Young Frankenstein is a hilarious reimagining of the Mary Shelley classic with a Mel Brooks twist. From tap-dancing monsters to outrageous innuendo, this musical promises big laughs, larger-than-life characters, and show-stopping numbers.
