The City of Marble Falls will begin construction on Bluebonnet Drive on Tuesday, June 24 at 7 p.m. and continue through Monday, June 30 at 2 p.m., weather permitting. Please be aware that both daytime and nighttime construction crews will be present to complete this project as quickly as possible.
Due to heavy traffic volumes on Bluebonnet Drive, this project aims to restore and improve the road’s longevity by adding concrete near the entrance to H-E-B. This project is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to improve roadway safety, enhance driving conditions, and extend the lifespan of local streets.
The construction zone that will be temporarily closed includes the full length of Bluebonnet Drive between FM 1431 and Pony Drive, as well as the westbound right-turn lane of FM 1431 leading to Bluebonnet Drive.
