On June 17, Judge Evan Stubbs of the 424th District Court sentenced 58-year-old Chandler Keith Rodgers of Burnet County to 70 years in prison.
The sentence followed the recommendation of a jury, after Rodgers pleaded guilty to Manufacture/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance in an amount greater than 400 grams.
