The Texas legislature is back in special session in which they are tackling issues that were skipped over in the regular session either due to lack of time or support. One such issue that is already progressing in the Senate is known as SB 12.
The purpose of SB 12 is commonly deemed to be a ban on taxpayerfunded lobbying.
