The Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS (HLAoR) has released its latest monthly

housing market statistics, offering valuable insights into real estate trends across the region. These figures highlight key movements in home sales, pricing, inventory, and other market dynamics affecting both buyers and sellers.

These statistics are compiled from the Highland Lakes Multiple Listing Service (HLMLS), which represents a wide span of counties and communities throughout the Highland Lakes area, as well as the Texas A&M Real Estate Research Center.
