We often receive questions regarding the status of the new community center, pool and pro shop. Additionally, we are asked how long will the restaurant continue to operate?
Contractor Bids
The contractor for the construction is still receiving bids from subcontractors and combing through those bids to determine whether that particular job can be performed at a lower cost by making various changes that will not affect quality. He is also waiting for the “temporary” pro shop to be completed near the first tee box. Until that occurs, the demolition of the existing pro shop cannot occur.
