During its recent meeting, Marble Falls City Council decided to make no decision related to the adoption of a local ordinance within city limits to bar the display, exhibition, operation and ownership of game rooms operating eight-liner devices.
Instead, the council directed City Attorney Josh Brockman-Weber to take a closer look at state and other local laws related to the matter, also to analyze several pertinent issues with Police Chief Glenn Hanson.
“I'm happy to take that direction,” Brockman-Weber replied.
