The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Board of Directors plans to consider the sale of several acres during its upcoming meeting.
The board is scheduled to meet noon Dec. 3 in City Hall, at 800 Third Street to discuss whether to sell more than 7 acres EDC owns within the Business and Technology Park due north along U.S. 281.
The private firm 42 Real Estate LLC has offered more than $565,000 for the property, EDC Executive Director Christian Fletcher told The Highlander.
