Electric co-op employees donate hundreds of toys

Efforts to help brighten the holidays for children, families across the Hill Country were supported by Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) employees spreading cheer this holiday season to area families in need.

Across its offices, PEC employees donated more than 750 toys, including 12 bikes and six scooters to community toy drive programs throughout the Texas Hill Country.

Robben Thompson, president of Highland Lakes Christmas is for Kids, thanked PEC employees for their contributions this season.
