Tucked inside Fox Park is a small but mighty treasure.
The Little Free Library there is dedicated entirely to children’s books, and since the Fox Park renovation, it has been busy.
Young readers are stopping by often, discovering stories, and carrying books home, excited about the new stories they hold.
This special little library is lovingly managed by Superstar Volunteer Kathy Overholt, whose care and consistency have helped it thrive as a true community resource for our youngest residents.
To keep this library stocked, we are hosting a Children’s Book Drive and asking for your help.
If you have gently used or new children’s books at home, please consider donating them.
Donations can be dropped off at the POA office, where a clearly marked storage tote is located just outside the office door at Quail Point (107 Twilight Lane, Horseshoe Bay).
Few things have a longer ripple impact than helping a child fall in love with reading, and this is a simple, meaningful way to do exactly that.
Your donated books will go straight into the hands of little ones and growing minds, right here in our community.
