The trial of one of two men charged with capital murder charges in a Tow double homicide is expected to start the week of Feb. 9, according to court records.
Authorities charge 19-year-old Kyler Nathaniel Allen and 19-year-old Jordan Eric Ostrander in the deaths of a Tow father and son shot out- side their home in January 2023. Ostrander, a San Marcos resident who reportedly turned down a plea deal, is scheduled for trial on Feb. 9 in the 424th Judicial District Court in Llano.
The homicide investigation unfolded on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 in the 100 block of Airport in the Llano County rural community. Tow is located about 35 miles northwest of Marble Falls.
