A development, a handful in south Marble Falls, has announced two more projects, a hotel and convenience store fueling station under construction.
The Panther Hollow Village development, located on U.S. 281, will now include a four-story, 81-room hotel as well as a neighborhood convenience market and service station.
Also, officials with Rockspring investment firm revealed that Lla no National Bank just completed construction on its new branch and business center in the development.
Along with Llano National Bank, Learning Path Childcare has been operating at the site for about a year.
Officials say approx imately 35,000 vehicles pass the site daily, in part, prompting the development investment.
“Panther Hollow Village underscores Rockspring’s commitment to delivering well-planned developments that meet the evolving needs of Marble Falls,” said Mike Ogden, manager of the Austin office for Rockspring.
Panther Hollow Village is a mixed-use retail development, which jumpstarted a new “retail corridor” in Marble Falls, featuring commercial and residential sites.
Other development nearby includes Panther Hollow apartments and homes as well as medical and service facilities.
The planned hotel, Home2 Suites by Hilton, will be located near the fueling station and convenience store called Rodeo.
