The Athletic Club and Fresh Fuel announced today that the Fresh Fuel site located in The Athletic Club will be ceasing operations effective June 5.
That means a second growing location will get extra attention.
Jesse Cuplin, the owner of Fresh Fuel, has felt it would serve the business best to consolidate the two stores into one location. The faithbased business specializes in natural protein shakes, smoothies, protein snacks, drinks, acai bowls and more healthy food options.
With the new downtown location, 908 Third St. Unit A, growing and thriving, it makes most sense to focus and pour more energy into that location.
Cuplin is excited to see what the future holds for Fresh Fuel. Some exciting next steps may look like hosting events, elevating the menu, and collaborating with other small businesses in Marble Falls.
“My new location has been so successful that I need to focus my energy on it. I will miss all the Athletic Club members stopping by but please come see me at our downtown location,” she said.
The Ortiz family, owners of The Athletic Club, 2312 U.S. 281, stated “We are so proud of Jesse. Jesse has worked with us since she was a freshman in college and now as a married successful businesswoman.
“We wish her nothing but luck and love as she continues to grow her business. We look forward to seeing her smile when she comes to work out at the club,” the statement continued.
Cuplin added, “I wish to thank the Ortiz family for giving me the opportunity to start my business in The Athletic Club but as Fermin (Ortiz) says, ‘he who chases two rabbits seldom catches either.’”
