Come rain or dry weather, think water conservation

Did you know that 60%-70% of the water you use is for watering your lawns and landscaping? With the ongoing drought and low water supplies, I think it’s important to share some outdoor water conservation tips.

Did you know that 60%-70% of the water you use is for watering your lawns and landscaping? With the ongoing drought and low water supplies, I think it’s important to share some outdoor water conservation tips.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be providing tips on conserving water while maintaining green and vibrant lawns and landscaping. Just because its been hot, does not mean your lawn needs to be watered.

First, walk across it, and if you leave footprints, then it’s time to water, and if there are no footprints, then you can wait a day or so.
