Bustling summer gets busier for Marble Falls athletes

As the calendar starts to turn to July, Marble Falls Independent School District athletic director and head football coach Keri Timmerman reflect ed back on a busy start to the summer. He and his coaches have been on campus Monday-Thursday mornings for workouts as part of Marble Falls Forge ‘24, the department’s strength and conditioning program.

As the calendar starts to turn to July, Marble Falls Independent School District athletic director and head football coach Keri Timmerman reflect ed back on a busy start to the summer.

He and his coaches have been on campus Monday-Thursday mornings for workouts as part of Marble Falls Forge ‘24, the department’s strength and conditioning program.

Timmerman has demonstrated how each drill should be performed and corrects to ensure athletes are getting the most out of each rep.
