Like many teenage girls, she was fascinated with the world of beauty and took in every teen magazine she could. At a young age, it instilled a sense of con - fidence in her that she didn't know she had, coming from a shy girl in her teens.

It was a 14th birthday pres - ent from her mother of a Mary Kay consult and skincare kit that confirmed her interest in the world of esthetics.

Fast forward to her young adult life, she worked various jobs, one of those being an as - sistant manager at a hotel in Las Vegas, where she recalls being in awe of the luxurious gowns of the women who dazzled so ele - gantly through the doors as they prepared for the annual Mary Kay convention. This one hap - pened to be at the hotel where she worked.

Little did she know that later on in life, skincare would be her career path.

In 2013, while working at a local spa here in Marble Falls, she made the decision to go to school to become an esthetician. As she states, it was the best decision of her life. After graduating in 2014 from Avenue 5 Institute, Simp - son would start her journey by educating her clients on the importance of proper skin care. Her goal is to give every guest an unforgettable experience that leaves them returning for more. She says, "I believe if you look your best, you'll feel your best." Gaining experience in all av - enues, including medical, beau - ty, and wellness spas, she pre - pared herself for the next step in her career path. In 2018, the budding entrepreneur started her own business called Fountain of YOUth, capitalizing the YOU to emphasize what's most im - portant. She learned the ropes of being self-employed and hasn't looked back since. In February 2023, she took it a step further as she and her fiancé Uzziah Rodriguez, who owns the clothing store Gomi Levé in Marble Falls, went into business together and opened up their very own Spa & Boutique. Her fiancé says, "What sep - arates her from the rest is the environment that is created. It's a safe place for everyone. It's unlike a normal service where you go and get something done and there's a separation between client and professional. It's an automatic sense of comfort and welcoming that you don't usual - ly get." Every client that walks in that door, I guarantee, leaves as a friend.

Her menu of services in - cludes custom facials (for all skin types) and body treatments, chemical peels, lash and brow lift and tint, face and body wax - ing (Including full Brazilian). The Fountain of YOUth is locat - ed at 900 B Main St. in Marble Falls.
