There were three interesting items on the Meadowlakes City Council meeting agenda (July 16).
A topic discussed was the selection of the construction manager at risk (CMAR) for the Meadowlakes Community Center and associated projects.
The council spoke frankly about the merits of each contractor and the qualifications each brought to the table. In the end, Nash Builders was selected.
