Marble Falls permits ‘quadplex’ project

Marble Falls City Council approved a conditional use permit July 16 that would clear a dilapidated property and expand housing options for low-income residents. The council action, during its regular meeting, allows a contractor to build 12 apartments separated over three lots into two-story “quadplexes” (four apartments per each lot, paired atop one another within three stand-alone units) within the Marble Falls Original Township Downtown Residential District, near the Avenue T and Seventh Street southeast corner.
