Teeing up for a worthy cause; School's around the corner

The Kingsland Beautification Golf Tournament, the chamber's annual fundraiser to help improve the local community park, will be at the Legends Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sponsors, prizes and volunteers are needed.

“The sponsorship packages range from $50 raffle prize to $500 with the opportunity to set up at the tee and give out cocktails, snacks, promo items. Some sponsors will even have games for the golfers to play, a favorite feature of the tournament,” said Teresa Gray, chair of the 2024 tournament.
