Dodie Harber, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Dodie was cherished by her loving family, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and beautiful memories.

Dodie is survived by her devoted husband, Curt Harber, her two children, Matt and Christina Harber, and her two grandchildren, Jones and Ryan Harber. She is also survived by her siblings Lisa, Bobby, Steve, and David, all of whom she held close to her heart.

Dodie had a deep passion for watching sports, especially the Houston Texans, she never missed a game. She treasured the moments spent with her family and friends, especially in her earlier years and as she was always described as the life of the party.

Dodie was especially thriving at being a grandmother and loved watching and playing with her grandchildren, who knew her as Gonnie. She made sure to always be present and available to her children and husband.

Dodie was known for her warmth, generosity, and the remarkable ability to connect with everyone she met. Her kind and gentle spirit touched many lives, and she was truly one of the kindest souls one could ever encounter. Her presence will be missed by her family and friends, she was a special and kind woman.

There will be a celebration of life set at a later date.
