Tennis team endures long rallies, tough competition
The Marble Falls High School tennis program competed in the Liberty Hill tournament and a Pflugerville tournament, both on April 11. The best match of the day was in boys singles between Marble Falls junior Cooper Womack and Liberty Hill junior Jacob Cooper.

The Marble Falls High School softball team lost to Salado 15-2 April 8 in District 24-4A play. Marble Falls scored its two runs in the second inning thanks to RBI from Sophia Biagini and Riley Frisch after Cheyenne Thompson got on base with a single.

Tennis players rack up the wins, medals
The Marble Falls High School tennis players keep adding wins to their records in an effort to get a high seed for the District 24-4A tournament in a couple of weeks. The Mustangs and Lady Mustangs hosted its own tournament April 4 where at least 18 draws made up most brackets and as many as 24 made up another.

Faith Academy netters finish second at regionals
Several Burnet and M The Faith Academy of Marble Falls tennis team is the runner-up at the Class 3A South Regional championship of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Sports April 2. The Flames and Lady Flames earned 29.5 and 30.5 points, respectively.

The Marble Falls High School softball team lost to Lampasas 17-5 April 3 in a District 24-4A contest that ended in five innings. The win means the Lady Badgers (10-12, 2-6) split the season series with the Lady Mustangs (10-12, 2-6).
