A full house of more than 300 people listened intently as the Horseshoe Bay mayoral Cynthia Clinesmith and Reagan Lambert laid out their cases to be elected Thursday at the Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club Ballroom.

Clinesmith, who has served on the council for the past four years, said she believes voters will find her to be “the person who has a clear understanding of the character of our city and the person who is ready on day one to be a consistent presence for you.” . . .
