The legacy of the late John Kemper will carry on when the Marble Falls Area Emergency Medical Service (MFAEMS) again holds its annual fall fish fry fundraiser from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Blue Bonnet Cafe. Kemper, who passed away this May, and his wife, Belinda, first opened the doors — and the kitchen — to their historic eatery at 211 US 281 more than 30 years ago to help…
