The board of trustees voted Monday, Aug. 19, to accept a bid from Greenhouse Megastore, the company that worked on the original greenhouse installation.
The district’s assistant superintendent for administration, Stan Whittle, told the board the district searched to find three bidders for the work but could only find two. Of those, administrators recommended Greenhouse Megastore, which is based in Illinois but also has operations in Texas.
