Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) announced Friday morning that 99 percent of PEC members had power restored following Winter Storm Uri.
Rotating service interruptions demanded by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), which manages the state’s electrical grid, had also ended as of Friday.
