Mustangs baseball player Luke Nail announced on social media that he has committed to play baseball for Blinn College.

"I want to thank God, my family, coaches and friends that have helped me along the way," Nail said on social media. " I am both excited and honored! Now, it's time to get back to work!"

Blinn College is a community college located in Brenham. The Buccaneers wear blue and gray on their jerseys.

Nail was slotted to be a key piece of the Mustangs' 2020 season before it was cancelled due to novel coronavirus. He started the Mustangs' opening game on the mound against Llano on Feb. 24 where he registered four strikeouts.
