Granite Shoals Mayor Carl Brugger signed a proclamation declaring Friday, Sept. 11, to be — in addition to Patriot Day — a day of prayer for the eradication of coronavirus in the city, state and nation. Citizens joined in prayer at noon Friday, Sept. 11.
