Cottonwood Shores has launched a 10-year master plan for parks and recreation aimed at identifying potential funds for development of existing parks and acquiring land for new ones.
The plan, approved by city council members Thursday, Dec. 3, grew out of a city-wide survey conducted last year. More than 240 responses to the survey came on paper, on line and through talking with residents.
