A combination of circumstances had led to the cancellation of the regular Cottonwood Shores city council meeting scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 21.
Mayor Donald Orr said the city is short-handed because of a couple of staff members’ being diagnosed with COVID-19 plus some others who have been quarantined because of pandemic protocols.
None of the illnesses is of city council members, he said.
