Llano County commissioners will hold a special meeting Thursday at 9:30 a.m., hopefully to approve a lease of the Llano County hospital. That comes after indications that state and federal agencies have granted “critical access” designation to the hospital, clearing the way for Mid Coast Health systems of El Campo to assume operation.
