Llano County commissioners appointed a 13-member committee Monday to advise the county on how to run its library program, including reviewing which books it should buy.
Commissioners gave the committee a month to meet, get organized, choose officers and adopt a set of bylaws and policies before reporting back to Commissioners Court.
