Marble Falls City Council approved keeping the same property tax rate and passing a proposed budget Sept. 15 for the 2020-21 fiscal year, focusing on department cuts, continuing bond projects to improve parks and amenities and raising water and sewer rates by 8 percent to pay for a new plant and existing debt.
