The rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations will entail prioritizing public health facilities such as nursing homes and assisted-living facilities, comprised of the most vulnerable in the virus crisis, officials said. On Dec. 8, Gov. Greg Abbott announced that the process would involve a Texas Experts Vaccine Allocation Panel outlining the distribution among 7,200 volunteer providers in the state. …
