Bill began his career just as the computer age was starting. After finding the first University of Miami computer was not being used, he immediately commenced to learn how to program it.
For many years the Akron, Ohio area was home where the boys were raised. Through the years Bill always worked with computers in some way, from White Sands Missile Range to churches to Christian organizations, to Hands Across America and Farm Aid.
After the boys were grown, for about15 years, home was traveling in a motor home being a “migrant computer consultant” primarily to Christian organization across the country.
After retiring, he was always ready to help the City, POA and friends with their computer problems. People always remember his, “Greetings”, upon meeting him. He also had a good sense of humor.
Even though he endured great pain for years, he always had a positive attitude, never complained and was still Praising the Lord. His goal for nearly two years was to be able to go back to the Bible Church of the Lakes in HSB.
He felt especially blessed by the Lord to have our two sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren following the Lord!
Now Bill is with Lord and pain free! Praise the Lord! I will see you soon! John 3:16, John 14:2, Song of Solomon 6:3a.
