In Loving Memory

In Loving Memory of Ali-cia R. Martinez Devoted Ma-triarch and Servant of Others On the morning of Decem- ber 14, 2025, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished friend passed peacefully from this life after a valiant battle with cancer. Heaven has gained a radiant soul, and though our hearts ache with grief, we find com-fort knowing she is reunited with her beloved husband, who preceded her in death two years ago, and held tenderly in the arms of Our Lady she loved so dearly.

A woman of profound faith, as a devout Catholic whose every action reflected the Gos-pel’s call

to love and serve. She was the true matriarch of our family—the steady, lov-ing force who held us together through every joy and trial with her wisdom, grace, and boundless tenderness. Even in widowhood, she carried her sorrow with quiet strength and continued to be the heart of our home.

From a young age, she was a maternal figure to her younger siblings, guiding them with the same nurturing spirit she later poured into her children and grandchildren. Her warmth drew countless friends who became family; she made ev-eryone feel seen, valued, and deeply loved.

Throughout her life, she poured her gifts into service for others for over 50 years in the community of Marble Falls. As a certified emergen- cy care attendant, she brought calm and compassion she touched.

to those in crisis in her early life. For 32 years as a paraprofessional instructor for the Marble Falls Independent School District, she opened doors of oppor-tunity for countless students, teaching not only language but dignity and hope. Her com-mitment to community shone brightly through her dedicated service on the Williamson and Burnet County Opportunities Board, where she served faith-fully as treasurer, board secre-tary, and director.

We are heartbroken yet filled with gratitude for the ex-traordinary gift of her life. Her legacy—of faith, family, and selfless service—

lives on in each of us

Rest eternally in peace, dear mom, grandmother, sister, and friend. Your love will guide us always.
