Carroll C. O’Rear passed away August 29, 2021. He lived outside of Burnet in Cassie Subdivision on Lake Buchanan. Carroll was born September 19, 1935 to Tina and Roy O’Rear.
He lived on Lake Buchanan for the past 30 years. He was an active member of First Lutheran Church in Burnet.
He enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He loved the sunrises and sunsets on Lake Buchanan with his loving rat terrier, Belle.
He will be remembered as a caring, loving and generous person. Carroll is survived by his daughters, Debra Becker Disch of Boerne and Karen Corbett of The Woodlands. Grandsons Brent Green and wife Stephanie, Wade Becker and husband Art Campsey. Granddaughter Ashley Corbett Bragg. Great grandchildren Luke, Olivia, Eli, Grayson and Lila.
A memorial service in celebration of the life of Carroll will be Thursday, September 2nd at 1:30 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Burnet. Memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church. Condolences to the family may be made to www.clementswilcox.com.
