Drew Franklin, 21, our beautiful, smart, and loving son, grandson, brother, boyfriend, and friend passed away on June 2, 2020.

Drew was born on the evening of June 4, 1998 in Llano, Texas, and he’s been making us smile ever since. Since the day he came into the world, he was his Nana’s boy and he loved her more than anything.

Someone once said, “All people die, but not all people live.” Drew lived! He packed so much life and love into his almost 22 years. He loved going to work with his Pa, swimming, hunting, playing video games, and most of all spending time with his girlfriend Karleigh, family, and friends. Drew enjoyed a good adrenaline rush and loved going to amusement parks and riding four wheelers.

Drew had a unique sense of style and loved his shoes. He could tell you the release date for any hot new shoes coming out and had a Nike collection that would make LeBron James and Michael Jordan proud. He spent many hours polishing up his LeBrons with a toothbrush.

Drew had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He was full of charisma and you couldn’t help but love him.

Drew had many friends at Liberty Hill High School where he graduated and in the Marble Falls area because he loved people and people loved him. He could talk to anyone.

We loved Drew with all our hearts, but we now know that was not enough to shield him from the world. Drew was taken from us way too soon, but he lives on in our hearts and memories.

We will miss his cute smile, big hair, witty sense of humor, vast knowledge of random facts, and funky rhythm on the dance floor. Drew is survived by his
