Everett “Carl” Higdon, Jr. died January 26, 2022 At the VA Hospital in Temple, Texas of covid pneumonia. He was a long time resident of Marble Falls, Texas.
He was born in Cambelton, Texas to Everett Carl Higdon I and Estelle Vaughn Higdon, May 12, 1935.
He was married to Margery Higdon for 63 years. They were married August 1, 1958, in Nebraska.
Everett “Carl” had three boys by a previous marriage: Everett Carl Higdon 111, Jim Higdon and Kenneth Higdon.
“Carl” and Margery had two girls, Rose Higdon Bryson, Lily Higdon Stephens, and two boys, Michael Higdon and Lyle Higdon.
Everett “Carl” Higdon Jr. was a Korean War Vet. He was in the Air Force. He is survived by 5 sons, and one daughter, one sister and 2 brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his oldest daughter, and many other relatives.
