Robert Flores passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 in Llano, Texas at the age of 89. He was born November 15, 1930 in Dallas, Texas to Joe and Pearl Flores.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Pearl Flores; brothers, Joe Flores, Lloyd Flores, and Jack Flores; and sisters, Daisy Flores and Lillie Flores.

Robert loved ranching, his wife, Lucille, and daughter, Connie. Robert and Lucille worked as ranch hands up and down the Rocky Mountains for most of their life.

In 1970, they settled in the beautiful hill country of Llano, Texas and never left. Robert liked to describe himself as a “Cowman not a Cowboy.” He would say “I am a Rancher not a Baseball Player.”
