On Saturday, Dec.18, the entire staff of the Granite Shoals Police Department gathered to hold its annual Christmas party and awards ceremony. Each year officers that have gone above and beyond expectation are recognized in front of their peers by command staff.

Joseph’s Food Pantry volunteers maneuvered thousands of pounds of food on Saturday Nov. 20 to feed Thanksgiving meal guests and distribute boxes of non-perishable food items to community members in need.

Joseph’s Food Pantry is hosting the annual Joseph’s Feast of Thanksgiving on Saturday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Highland Lakes Elementary School.
