Real estate investment and development company Harvard Investments reports that home sales at Gregg Ranch, Marble Falls’ first new largescale residential development in three decades, remain strong as 2021 wraps up.

The entryway and lots take shape on the Gregg Ranch subdivision a 240-acre masterplanned community in the south end of Marble Falls. The city’s first new large-scale residential development in three decades is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family and 550 multi-family residences. Gregg Ranch’s first builder, Pulte Homes, anticipates beginning pre-sales in 2020 on approximately 100 homes, which will include debuting new floor plans and designs for the community.
