Space at Horseshoe Bay City Hall is at such a premium that some departments literally are closeted, Mayor Cynthia Clinesmith said last week at a town hall meeting at Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club. “One of the last two positions added to the city a couple of years ago includes our technology department and we have this fine man here (IT director Jules Martin) who is overseeing our technology,” Clinesmith told residents.
