Marble Falls Mayor John Packer read a proclamation Sept. 15 recognizing the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower voyage, 1620- 2020. On Nov. 11, 1620, the Mayflower anchored at what is now Provincetown Harbor, Cape Cod.
