Just think, this time last year, we were in the middle of one of the worst winter storms that had hit central Texas in at least 40 years, and possibly even 70 years. We were into the second day of the storm that brought over 6 inches of snow, 7° temperatures, rolling blackouts, and left many without electricity due to equipment failure.
