After being turned down by multiple firms, an engineer will soon begin the process of improving the functionality of the Granite Shoals raw water intake in Lake LBJ. Michael Tibbets, project manager at Hayter Engineering of Paris, Texas, appeared before the council at the regular meeting on Tuesday, July 27 to present a proposal for engineering services on the project.
