Llano County was able to vaccinate more than 700 individuals with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at four locations in Llano, including a large clinic held at the Lutie Watkins United Methodist Church, said Dr. Jack Franklin, the Llano County health authority. “The weather has cleared and the vaccines have begun to roll in to Llano County,” Franklin said.
