Spider Mountain in Burnet is hosting a free Spokes Summer Music Series June 26, July 17 and August 7.
The afternoon concerts, from 1 to 4 p.m., will be held on grounds of the downhill mountain bike park, and the public is invited to attend. The park will be offering special $7 discounted tickets on onetime scenic chairlift rides.
The June 26 event features longtime Hill Country artist Frank Arellano, who will be playing a mix of classic country and rock.
Lonestar fiddler Kurt Baumer and John Arthur Martinez will bring their unique and original style of country music to the Spider stage on July 17.
The finale to the series will be Chris Bauer and Kevin Wheatley, with blues and rock on August 7.
Spider Mountain will be open as usual during the concerts for downhill mountain biking and scenic chairlift rides. For lift tickets, guests should visit www.spidermountain.com. Chairlift lift tickets are only available at the ticket window.
